The study found that 30% of companies surveyed are still at the initial level of digital maturity, indicating a lack of or limited use of digital marketing tools and business process automation. This indicates significant potential for growth and development in this area.

But this does not mean that business in Belarus is lagging behind in development, it just has great potential for improving efficiency and applying technologies that will increase its competitiveness.
Key recommendations from experts for companies seeking to improve their Digital Maturity include developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, focusing on personalization and adaptation of creatives across channels, and integrating and automating business processes using modern technologies.
