Not all owners, especially startups, have extensive experience in sales and understand management. In this situation, it is better to wait with the withdrawal of the ROP and pump yourself up: gain new knowledge and skills.

From my own experience, I can say that out of afghanistan telegram number database hundreds of cases, I know of only a few successful examples when a company found a sales representative on the market who independently launched an effective sales department. More often than not, the sales representative did not live up to the expectations that management had placed on him.

A short recommendation at the end: the company's manager should acquire sales and management skills, take special courses or learn from colleagues who have set up a sales department in their company. This will help to understand what mistakes most often occur when building a service, how to avoid or correct them. Without this understanding, it is better not to scale the business, as you can lose a lot of money and time.
