The signed order establishes that the texts of regulatory legal acts must be accompanied by explanatory information on the relevance of the document - taking into account the amendments made to them after July 1, 2022.

The Federal Protective Service (FSO) determines the procedure for posting texts of regulatory legal acts, approves uniform technical requirements for the release, machine processing, placement, storage and distribution of texts of legal acts in electronic form, as well as uniform formats for marking up these texts. The FSO must also prepare texts for publication.

The procedure for posting texts is determined by the Federal Protective Service (FSO) of the Russian Federation in agreement with the state and legal department of the president and the apparatus of the State Duma.

Since July 1, 2022, the FSO has been preparing texts of Russian Federation laws on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal constitutional laws, federal laws and legal acts of the president, taking into account changes made to them after July 1, 2022 (with the exception of legal acts or individual provisions thereof containing information constituting a state secret or information of a confidential nature) and posts these texts on the official Internet portal of legal information.

The Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Industry and Trade did not respond to questions from a ComNews correspondent.
