NoImage selections also work with the Checkbox field. Use this field if you want your user to be able to select more than one option.
Adding a multiple choice field to your form
Then click on the multiple choice field to edit it. This will open the field options on the left side of the screen.
You will now notice that by default you can add text options in this field.

However, you can easily change this by flipping the “Use image selection” switch.
Once you have done this, an “Upload Image” button will appear below each multiple choice field.

Next, you can enter any label for the field and then click the “Upload Image” button.
You can now upload an image from your laos telegram data computer or select one from the WordPress media library.
Uploading images for the different choices on your form
We recommend using .jpg or .png images that are no larger than 250px x 250px.
Remember that your images will look best in your form when they are all the same size.
Important: WPForms will not resize your images. You must make sure they are the size you want before uploading them. Alternatively, you can edit your images in WordPress itself before adding them to your form.
If you want to specify more than 3 options, just click the (+) button to add a new selection. You can also use the (-) button to remove a selection.
