Note to the reader: if you have already defined the contents of your course and want to move straight to practice, you can go directly to the paragraph where I explain all the steps necessary to actually create an online course . If, instead, you want to know how I select and organize the ideas, themes and contents for my courses, I recommend that you continue reading the article linearly. How to design the course: from choosing the topic to the training contents The starting point for creating an online course is undoubtedly to have a preliminary idea that is clear and well-defined.

As I always like to say, in fact, there is never a favorable hong kong telegram data wind for the sailor who does not know where to go. If we do not have a destination, a precise objective to reach, our entire course will be built “randomly”, thus also decreasing the chances of its success. When I decided to create my first course, I started by asking myself some fundamental questions: What is the message I want to convey? What are my strongest skills? What can I teach that can really make a difference for those who follow me? And it was precisely the answer to these questions that allowed me to identify the main theme of the course .

Audience and competitor study After having established the topic, I moved on to an equally important step: studying the competitors . I spent a lot of time analyzing the courses already existing on the market similar to the one I wanted to create – or that had the same target audience , I observed what their strong points were and where, instead, they seemed to be lacking something. And this gave me the opportunity to understand how I could distinguish myself by offering a unique approach, also including content that was not explored elsewhere or that was presented in a different way than I wanted to present it.
