A good teacher must have vocation, ingenuity and passion, and if he doesn't have them, he will need to work to get them. We all know that being a teacher is not exactly easy and, in my opinion, these are elements that make the path easier. On the other hand, he will need to train and inform himself about the possibilities offered by new technologies, because tools such as gamification (incorporating game dynamics into the classroom) and augmented reality (technology that superimposes digital information on the real world) provide enormous possibilities to generate an emotional connection that is not very present today and we cannot let them pass.
One cannot manage the discipline of a class if one does not manage it well with oneself. I try to manage it with respect and a state of alertness to what happens, with a very open mind because discipline and rigidity are not, at all, synonyms. On the contrary, a flexible discipline is capable of getting 100% out of all those who make the effort to study, whatever their age and, of course, the subject.
For a teacher, the most important thing is the ability to see and listen to what is happening to the group and to the person, in order to know how to accompany each one in their process. In addition egypt phone data to their specific training in their sector, which must be recycled throughout their life, I recommend a lot of personal work to know how to perceive reality, without projecting their own prejudices or problems on others. A good team, support, climate, project or favorable culture are factors that, without a doubt, help or paralyze.
Being clear about where one's self-esteem and personal power are is fundamental. Afterwards, one cannot start the house from the roof, you must be attentive to what the group expresses in order to establish a structure on which to work. Gaining trust, awakening those who are asleep, those who are conceited, those who are not motivated... then comes knowledge, but first let us be wise and put ourselves at the service with humility. Regarding technology, the future is already here, so all training in this area will help.
At Femxa we agree with the observations made by experts and we think that today's teachers must combine several characteristics. The most important for us are continuous training and adaptation to modern methodologies with the help of new technologies. If you see yourself reflected in this article, we can help you, as we offer a specific training plan for the education sector . If you are unemployed or work in another sector, but also want to improve your teaching skills, there are also options for you to study in a flexible way.
In short, it can be said that ICTs offer a wide range of teaching resources that serve to implement methodologies in the classroom that encourage collaboration between peers, collective intelligence, the creation and dissemination of shared knowledge and individual participation. Don't be left behind in the educational revolution!
