The location defines the personality of an event, if it is your work that stands out then it is an excellent first business card. Another matter is if you are a company, so your meeting room may not always be the most inviting place to make people feel at ease Generally, to evaluate a location we should consider different elements depending on the objective we set ourselves: capacity, presence of equipment that we plan to use for the evening (does the place have a kitchen? Does it have a projector?), ease of parking or availability of public transport.

These are all elements that vary depending on the city and hong kong number data the concept we have created. In the moment : if you don't live in Milan where every evening a guest knows they will have to choose between seventeen million events, the timing must be thought out based on what is best for your guests and the event you have in mind. Avoiding August and Christmas, that's it.

I think about catering, set-up and… All the functions to be covered change depending on the size of the event: if it will be a low-budget event, we should deal with few activities. The more you grow, the more complexity and things to manage increase. Even before the event begins, we will need someone to take care of the visual part of the event: a graphic designer, a printer for printing any invitations and other material, designers for a setup.
