Why should you use a real estate CRM?

When someone fills out a form on your website, writes to you on WhatsApp, or contacts you on a real estate portal, their data is automatically integrated into your CRM. From there, you can assign them to the appropriate agent, and all communications with that lead will be logged.

You can divide leads in your CRM according to any criteria you prefer. And you'll be able to see where each one falls in the funnel it belongs to.

The CRM also allows you to organize your administrative and sales tasks: cold calling , property visits, contract signings, etc.

In other words, it automates the entire sales funnel. From a buyer's "I want a house" to a real estate agent's "Here are the keys to your house."

In Latin America, the real estate sector has grown in recent years, although it fluctuated significantly in 2020 due to the COVID-19 crisis.

But once the crisis is over, regional experts expect the housing, industrial, and logistics sectors to recover fairly quickly. They also expect changes in the office sector, for example, a greater adoption of the coworking model and larger spaces.

So how will it be possible to address the new opportunities in the real estate market?

Using a real estate CRM will be the first step in boosting your agents' productivity.

Think about all the tasks they perform on a daily basis: attending ebay database meetings, preparing purchase and sale proposals, sending emails, visiting properties... The list is long.

With a real estate CRM system, you automate the most time-consuming administrative tasks. This way, your agents can focus on what matters most: attracting properties, buyers, and tenants to close more deals.

Plus, you can link it, either directly or through Zapier , to your marketing and collaboration apps to:

Manage the content on your website and real estate portals.
Carry out marketing actions (email campaigns, search engine and social media ads, etc.).
Share information with other stakeholders to foster collaboration within the sector.
With a CRM, you can manage all your sales and communication tools from one place.

In 2020, we saw a significant shift in communications and sales. According to a survey by a real estate portal , during Covid-19, more than 80% of real estate agencies in Mexico maintained relationships with their clients through WhatsApp and Telegram.
