A new dropdown field for the job application form

We need to add a drop-down menu for available positions and checkboxes for required skills. Then, we can set up conditional logic based on the candidate's selection in the available positions drop-down menu.

To create a “What position are you applying for” field, simply click on the “Drop-down menu” on the left side.

Then, you can drag and drop the new drop-down field above the “How did you discover this location?” field to keep everything organized.

Then, click on the drop-down field to edit its details. The “Field Options” tab will open. Here you can change the following:

Label. It’s like a name. Instead of “Dropdown Menu,” you can change it to “What position are you spain telemarketing data applying for?”
Choices. In this field, simply type the available positions. For example, we will use “Software Developer ” and “Graphic Designer”. You can enter as many positions as you want.
Description. If necessary, you can provide a short description of the field. It will then be displayed just below the drop-down menu.
“Required” switch. It is recommended to toggle the “Required” switch to ensure that candidates do not skip this step.
Once you've filled in the details, this is what it might look like:

The next step is to prepare checkbox fields to track candidate input for the position they applied for.

Let's go back to the 'Fields' tab and click on 'Checkbox'. Then, we need to repeat the operation so that we have two checkbox fields.

Once you have added the fields, you can move them under “What position are you applying for?”.

At this point, you can click on the checkbox fields to edit their details. In the “Field Options” panel, you can change the following:

Label. You can change this to “Programming language knowledge”. The second checkbox can be labeled “Software design skills”.
Choices. The choices for the software developer position can be C++, Python, JavaScript, GO, Ruby, etc. The skills needed for the graphic designer can be Figma , Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, GIMP, etc.
Description: For this field, it is good to let candidates know that they can choose multiple options.
