Send a Welcome Email

It's vitally important that your customer starts using your product within the first week of purchase. To encourage them to do so, use email and send them an automated welcome email inviting them to log in.

Add another greeting when they log in for the first time. Make them feel important!

Complete this welcome with tutorials on how to use your website, app, or student database online service. The idea is to let your customer know that you're still there for them and their connection to your product.

Add success stories to this process and share your customers' achievements using your product. If possible, include first-person testimonials.

Answer the Frequently Asked Questions
Create a knowledge base that addresses users' most frequently asked questions, and expand it! Offer your customers access to, for example, a chat to answer any questions, a phone number for direct communication, or interaction via messaging.

Another interesting option is to create a resource center for advanced customers where you can teach them how to use your product to the fullest extent possible, taking advantage of all its features.
