A new convenient report "Call tracking numbers" has appeared in the CoMagic personal account. Now you do not waste time calculating the share of calls without a session, but immediately see which campaigns and sites require adding numbers to increase coverage.
The report is located in the section "Reports → Service". The first Taiwan WhatsApp number screen shows a list of connected sites and general call tracking indicators at the site level: the number of numbers connected to each of them (Busy numbers), the "Coverage" and "Share of calls without a session" indicators. You can select the report period, search by sites and download the report.
The report provides information on call tracking numbers for each site and advertising campaign:
list of advertising campaigns, call tracking type and number of numbers connected to each advertising campaign, coverage and share of calls without a session;
the number of occupied numbers for a specific site.
As part of the report, system e-mail notifications about the decrease in coverage for advertising campaigns with dynamic call tracking were created. Information about the lack of numbers is promptly sent to the mail: there is no longer a need to constantly monitor the status of coverage in your personal account.
The new report allows you to see in one window:
key performance indicators of call tracking;
which advertising campaigns and sites require connecting additional numbers.
This allows you to increase the speed of making decisions about purchasing additional numbers and reduce the time it takes to set up call tracking.
