Landing pages, also known by their translation into Spanish as landing pages, are intended for the direct sale of a product or service or simply to obtain information from users to increase the company's database. For this reason, they are also known as capture pages.
For the process to flow correctly, a landing page must be composed of the following elements:

Title: The title should be attractive. It should capture the user's attention with very few words. Don't forget to use a font that is very easy to read but also very pleasant and striking to the eye. Also, include the keywords in the title.
If you are going to use a small summary or lead general managers mailing list below the title, make sure it is very concise and really contributes to providing the most information.
Product image: The image should have a positive message. If you have the opportunity to place a video, do so. You will get better results. An excellent recommendation is to insert a video explaining directly how the product or service works. If you have decided that a representative of the company appears in the video, they should be smiling and very happy.
Form: Ask for the information that you really need. If you overwhelm the user by asking for too much information, they will run away at the first opportunity. Include a call to action requesting that they subscribe.
Call to action: If your objective is to increase sales, include a very clear call to action. Use a button that is eye-catching and stands out at first glance. Place the button in a visible and logical place and use clear text.
Benefits: instead of selling the product, sell its benefits and competitive advantages. Use 3 or 4 striking phrases that highlight the most relevant aspects of the product.
Testimonials: if you have satisfied customers, don't hesitate to ask them for a brief testimonial to include on your landing page. Word of mouth works, users will trust satisfied customers and even more so if they can see their face. Add a profile on social networks or their contact information to give them credibility.
Urgency: urgency is a very useful element in the sales strategy. Including limited-time offers is always positive before the visitor decides to leave the page. Include messages such as "latest news", "Offer valid for 24 hours" or "Last units".
Second call to action: in this second call you can invite them to subscribe to your social networks and thus they can enter the brand's circle of influence.
Usability: landing pages must be viewed from any device. That is, it must be 100% responsive. Elements such as buttons and forms must be perfectly visible and work well on devices such as mobile phones and tablets.
