Stephen P. Anderson , UX designer, BloomBoard, at first glance it seemed that a lecture on board games did not fit into online marketing, but the opposite was true. Stephen talked about the user experience, the mechanics of the game, the dynamics of the game and aesthetics . Who and what plays, what they feel afterwards… These feelings, experiences and emotions are intangible, difficult to measure, but extremely important for users, although they may not be aware of it. Michael Lykke Aagaard , Senior Conversion Optimizer at Unbounce and the “Danish Viking”, who provided a great conclusion to the festival. Using examples, he described 2 types of thinking: analytical (logical, slow, used in web development) and intuitive (fast, subconscious, important for the first impression of the website) and the way they influence our overseas chinese in worldwide data behavior. In essence, we can repeat the old adage “don’t make users think”. Don’t want them to have to make decisions, don’t put obstacles, navigate users naturally while browsing the website, state the truth in buttons and other CTA elements, otherwise you will create a feeling of disappointment in users. Also, be careful of redundant or misleading information. If you remove these obstacles on the website, the overall user experience and thus conversions on the website will improve . It is therefore important to align both approaches (analytical, intuitive).

TIP: Try a 5-second test on your website. Show a stranger your “home page” for 5 seconds and then ask them what the page was about, what it promotes or offers. The results may surprise you …

What can I say in conclusion? You shouldn't miss the next year's event ... Great atmosphere, lots of inspiring ideas and people. This event will definitely give you the desire to work harder, at least in your thoughts you will get out of the trap of the usual stereotypes. You will try "networking", talk to other conference participants, make new contacts . Great catering and especially the evening party are already becoming "legendary"!
