Let's take a closer look at the 8 fields. First, we have the Mission & Goals field. Here you write down what the purpose of the role is. If you cannot name any goals for the role, you should seriously question whether the role is even needed.
Let's jump to the right to the primary tasks. Note here what the primary activities of the role are. Be careful not to go into too much detail. Because as the name of the field suggests, it is about the main tasks. Now let's look at the opposite side, the Responsible and Decides field: Note here what this role is responsible for and where and when it has to make decisions.
