Capterra conducted a survey on user behavior on the comparison portal. The aim of the survey was to find out more about the behavior and expectations of professional software buyers in Germany. The software survey was conducted in June and July 2018 on Capterra.com.de and counted 452 respondents. Below we present the results of our study.
