Improving the Candidate Experience

Once you start looking into the topic in more detail, you will notice that every company has many points of attack on how the candidate journey can and must/should be improved. The question that many companies rightly ask themselves is: What points should I start with first?
Here are my recommendations from more than 11 years of recruiting experience and a variety of candidate experience projects in my own company and as a consultant.
1. Measure:
