New people, new challenges
As expected, these initiatives have seen the growth of the subscriber base.

Several new contacts were generated and countless feedbacks were received. And thanks to this feedback, they realized the need to rework the persona and the funnel.

They began to talk not only with physiotherapists, but also with people in the health field loan data who worked with rehabilitation. They were similarly thinking about having their own clinic and not being so tied to technology. Hence the need to educate throughout this process.

Along with the need to re-adapt the content addressed, came the need to restructure the way in which communication was done.

Get inspired
With the new persona mapped and that reformulation in mind, the team went back to working on their newsletter .

The idea here was to engage with your contact base , making them eagerly await the content. To do that, it couldn't just be a newsletter anymore, it needed to be attractive, as well as its name.

This is where the idea of the project inspirate! was born, with a very simple and defined prerogative:

"Helping Miotec's clients and future clients with questions that arise throughout their career and clinical practice, as well as sharing super interesting content that we use to inspire ourselves and that can inspire you."

Miotec Newsletter

First of all, it would be a newsletter whose main objective would be to bring relevant content - and not promotional content - to its audience, regardless of where they came from.

presented some point of view on something interesting and then placed some links to other related (and often quite funny) content.
