With omnichannel, it’s all about making the customer’s life as easy as possible. Chipotle does a great job of providing this with its easy-to-navigate tools that offer anytime, anywhere ordering access.

Why it works
Convenience and speed are important when it comes to casual dining, so this experience is great for customers.
8. Timberland

Timberland has created a connected customer experience malta mobile database in its physical stores by leveraging Near Field Communication technology, the software responsible for data transfer tools like Apple Pay and Android Pay. The technology allows users to touch their mobile devices to a special chip that wirelessly transmits information between the two devices.

Instead of using it for e-commerce, Timberland is leveraging this technology in its stores, providing shoppers with tablets that can be pressed against products and signage throughout the location. When the tablet is pressed against the chip, information about that product or offer is displayed on the tablet. Customers don’t have to ask a store associate for more information, and can easily see what offers are being made for each product. As shoppers continue to look for different items, personalization software on the tablet begins to provide them with product recommendations based on the user’s shopping history.

Why it works
The customer’s personalized experience highlights products that might often be overlooked.
