Main functions of the system:

formation of a unified information space of the enterprise by establishing clear requirements for the design and maintenance of reference books;

ensuring the joint operation of enterprise information systems;

distributed management of NSI while maintaining a single management;

optimization of work processes in the management of NSI.

The system allows individual armenia email list functional units of the company to freely exchange data, which guarantees the receipt of high-quality information with a high degree of reliability, without duplicate or conflicting records.

The normative and reference information includes a dictionary, classifiers, reference books and normative data, as well as modules of business logic of NSI, administration and integration.

Dictionary
Here is a complete list of designations and terms encountered at the enterprise. In order for a new term to be used in the NSI system, it must be added to the dictionary. Data storage in the dictionary is arranged so that each new entry can only be added to a single section or class.

By approving a single dictionary, it becomes possible to establish a clear order for introducing new terms, avoid repetitions and ambiguities, and achieve correct spelling.

The dictionary is the most important mechanism that allows creating classifiers taking into account the category of users and ensuring the integrity of information.

Classifiers, reference books and standards
They store reference information on each accounting object at the enterprise. Classifiers and reference books are necessary to structure and accurately identify the accounting objects of the enterprise.

Standards serve to indicate the extended properties of classifier elements, that is, within what limits the parameters of the accounting object can be located.

At large enterprises, the formation of a single classifier of normative and reference information so that its volume and structure are suitable for effective use presents significant difficulties.

A characteristic feature of the system is that it can be used to create a unified system from a list of random classifiers developed for individual categories of users, united by a single dictionary.

Objects in classifiers are described by combining terms from the dictionary into a chain that has a tree structure. Similar objects can be described using similar combinations of terms, which helps to form a specific structure and uniformity of description.

Along with this, hierarchical classifiers of relatively small size are formed for each category of users, the content of which is easy to understand. On their basis, the system creates the largest reference books storing the most detailed information about all accounting objects.
