How to create a Facebook Video Custom Audience?

Relevance metrics (Quality Rank, Activity Index Rank, and Conversion Rate Rank; until recently, this was a single metric) are intended to show how well your ad content is relevant to your audience. They take on three values: below average, average, and above average.

The higher the score, the more effective the ad is and the more likely it is to be displayed. You can use these metrics to identify not only effective ads, but also content that interests and engages users.



The number of views a video has and its CTR (click-through rate) are also useful (though nigeria rcs data less revealing) metrics. The average CTR for Facebook ads is 0.9%.

While relevance metrics are partially based on CTR, it's worth crossing the two and creating a group based on videos that have both high (3-5%) click-through rates and above-average rankings.




In your Facebook ad account, go to the "Business Tools" section (it's the nine-dot icon in the left bar).
