How to put a countdown timer on photos and videos on Instagram

Countdown Timer is an Instagram tool that allows you to set an automatic countdown before an important event on your account for your audience, which will be displayed in stories. The countdown timer updates itself for subscribers and reminds them of an upcoming story or live broadcast.
Timer features:
This timer can only be set in stories (not in publications);
You can specify an event on the counter (that is, sign the timer name yourself);
The counter resets itself when the event and time you set arrives;

How to create a timer in stories
To do this, you only need to have an Instagram account, check for updates and create a photo/video for the story.
Step #1: Story Editing Window
To open the Instagram story editing window, you need to twitter data go to the application, click on the house icon in the bottom menu. At the top left there will be a circle where it says “Your story”. You need to click on it. A field will open where you can post your stories, edit and process them.
Another way to open this window is to go through the “house” and swipe the screen to the left.
Step #2: Edit Stories
Once the story editor window is open, you need to make sure that the “Story” mode is selected. At the bottom there is a line where you can select: “Publication”, “Story”, “Video reels”, “Live”. Mark the desired one.
On the left you can choose the story format: “Create”, “Boomerang”, “Collage”, “Hands-free”, “Duo”.
If you swipe up, your gallery will open, from which you need to select the appropriate photo or video on which you want to set a timer.
Also, by pressing the central round button, you can take a photo right now (if you hold it for a long time, a video story will be recorded).
Step #3: Find a timer
At the top right are icons that represent different actions for editing stories. You need to select the second one, with a smiley face (or just move your finger up the screen), after which a field with different stickers will open. Under one of them, it will say “Countdown”. You need to click on this sticker.
Step #4: Make a signature and determine the time.
By clicking on the timer, a field will open in it for entering the “Countdown Name”.
