Essential information such as name, personnel number and the possible duration of absence as well as a sick note, if available, are requested here. Your employees fill out these questions with the data and can send them with one click. All data appears immediately in the base and can now be edited further by you.
With the creator column, your employees are asia rcs data automatically entered as creators in the table with their user ID. There is no longer any need to enter their identity separately. This is helpful for further analyses and provides a better overview. The web form can be designed completely freely; you decide which columns should be displayed to your employees. You also decide which information is mandatory and must be provided.
We have built a condition column into the form. This means that this column is linked to a condition and only appears if this condition is met. In our case, the column in which a certificate can be uploaded by the employee only opens if he or she answers “Yes” in the previous field to the question of whether a certificate from the doctor is available.
The web form can be used flexibly. You can either share the link to the form directly with your employees or embed it in your employee portal. You can also use the QR code you have already created and offer it to your employees as a mobile access alternative.
