Internet Advertising Law Shocks Market Players

The list of ORD may be supplemented by the commission based on the results of the next competition. Commission meetings are held at least once a year," said representatives of Roskomnadzor.
The press service of PJSC Rostelecom reported that together with its advertising agencies-contractors, it has been building and testing business processes for advertising labeling for several weeks. "We will study the approaches and proposals for organizing interaction from advertising data operators," the company representatives said.
The press service of PJSC MTS reported that while the ERIR system is operating in test mode, they take a symbolic 100 rubles per month as a subscription fee from the partner company. "After the test period, we assume that when implementing the entire chain of advertising placement, from the advertiser through all involved agencies and platforms, the cost of ORD services would not exceed 1.5% of the costs of an advertising campaign on the Internet, which would include the total costs of all participants in the chain of advertising distribution," explained MTS representatives.
