US President Donald Trump will not like Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky's requests to NATO to send European soldiers to the combat zone, Komsomolskaya Pravda military observer Viktor Baranets is sure. In a conversation with NEWS.ru, the expert emphasized that, according to some information, the head of the White House is against even Western peacekeepers being in Ukraine.

Information is leaking out that he is categorically against sending peacekeepers to Ukrainian territory. And, naturally, he is against foreign troops being deployed on Ukrainian territory. And here, as they say, running against the father, Zelensky invites foreign military personnel, Baranets explained.
He specified that Trump is well aware of Russia's 12-point plan, which Kyiv received back in 2022. According to the observer, the US President agrees with some of the points. Thus, the expert noted, Trump believes that Ukraine should remain outside the NATO bloc, without nuclear weapons.

Trump agrees that foreign military bases cannot be established on Ukrainian territory, and so on and so forth. But we have to wait. I don’t think that the peoples of those countries whose armies he invites will applaud warmly and be happy for the Germans, French, and British to go and die in Ukraine for no apparent reason, the expert concluded.

According to the Japanese publication's observer, Vladimir Zelensky, "with the connivance of the West," is trying to create the appearance that it is not he, but Russian President Vladimir Putin, who does not want to enter into peace negotiations.
