he results of 2023, almost all the tasks set during the digitalization programs were even exceeded, despite all the difficulties. In his opinion, by mid-2022, the industry had fully adapted to the new reality, as evidenced by the emergence of updated plans, including long-term ones, although in the first half of the year, companies looked ahead a maximum of a month.

for the entire period of india whatsapp number database implementation of the national program "Digital Economy" for 2019-2023, as stated by Sergei Plugotarenko, amounted to 605 billion rubles, including 19.2 billion rubles for projects related to the development of artificial intelligence (AI). This made it possible to achieve important successes, among which he noted an almost 100% level of connection of socially significant facilities to the Internet, Russia's achievement of one of the most advanced levels of population coverage with government services and digital ecosystems, the elimination of most regulatory barriers when using paperless documents, including legally significant ones, smart contracts and biometric identification, the creation of regulatory sandbox mechanisms.

As Sergey Plugotarenko emphasized, over these years it has been possible to build the foundation of a data-based economy, and the next stage should be to gain leadership positions: by 2030, Russia should be among the top five countries with the largest volume of exports of products using AI. This, as he noted, is what the Data Economy program is aimed at, the implementation of which will begin in June 2024, where AI is the main direction of development.

As the head of the ANO "Digital Economy" recalled, the main directions of this program were approved at the strategic session on AI development, which was held by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin on September 26, 2023. The first, as stated by Sergei Plugotarenko, will be measures to expand the export of Russian products using AI, for which everything is already ready.

According to the head of the ANO "Digital Economy", AI will add at least 6%, or more than 11 trillion rubles, to GDP by 2030.

Alexey Sidoryuk, Director of the Digital Transformation of Industries Department at the Digital Economy ANO, called 2023 the era of transition from narrow AI to expert AI, which significantly expanded the scope of application of the relevant tools, which bring tangible results. He drew special attention not only to generative AI, which is in the spotlight, but also to a number of other areas where it is less noticeable - for example, the widespread use of biometric identification, the launch of commercial movement of driverless trucks on the M11 highway or completely driverless taxis in Innopolis, and the active growth of the use of intelligent medical products. For example, the Ministry of Health has obliged to introduce at least one product using AI in each region by 2023, and, as Deputy Minister of Health of Russia Pavel Pugachev said at the IX Telemedicine Forum, this order will be fulfilled. This figure has been tripled for 2024.
