"We rate the results of the national project "Digital Economy" very highly - thanks to it, Russia occupies significant places in the world in terms of the level of development of electronic government, accessibility of the Internet and the penetration of digital services into all spheres of economic life," Stanislav Shilov, Director of Product Development at the Center for Digital Solutions for Business at BSS, told ComNews. "The results of the national project are becoming the basis that allows digital solutions not to be just a "feature" for a narrow layer of advanced users, but to receive truly widespread distribution."
However, O2Consulting Managing Partner Anna Nikitchenko believes that the main target indicators of the national project will not be achieved by the end of the year.
"This is partly explained by a number of objective reasons, including foreign economic sanctions, a decrease in the rate of economic growth in relation to the planned ones for 2019, and the need for large-scale import substitution. But in general, not all the goals of the national project have been achieved, since even before the start of the SVO, the main target results were not achieved," said the representative of O2Consulting.
