Investigate to find out why your keywords are performing poorly. Here are a few common scenarios I often see where keyword bids aren’t high enough. In Christy's account I noticed that the keyword "ski clothing" in broad match had a very low CTR so in this case I suggested pausing that keyword and adding it to phrase match to increase relevancy.
