What kind of housing is suitable for a mortgage
You can buy a mortgage for both brand new housing on the primary market (even if it has not yet been built) and ready-made housing on the secondary market. Some banks issue loans for the purchase of suburban real estate: a townhouse, a plot of land, a house, or for its construction.
