January 2013 - Update 1: Customize labels, track payments, and more!

Happy 2013 everyone! In keeping with our new twice-monthly update schedule, we're pleased to announce our first update of 2013, which introduces the following improvements, as well as many other bug fixes and minor improvements:

Customize fields, tabs, and other labels:

Users with admin rights can now customize any field label in Vtiger by taiwanese phone number going to the "All" menu item and finding the label editor in the "Tools" category.

Tracking your invoice and order payment:

Track invoices and purchase order payments using the new payments module. New fields in Invoice and P.Os are used to track amounts paid and balances. These fields are updated automatically when changes are made.

Improved search:

Search faster at the module level directly from the search bar. List views now also include alphabetical search.

Custom lists on the toolbar:

Create custom lists (eg open tickets, opportunities, leads, etc.) from the Add Widget menu on the dashboard.

View default entries:

Set the default view of a record (summary or detail view) on the My Settings page.

* Correction: We weren't able to complete testing in time to release the Google Calendar and Contacts integration. I somehow missed the internal memo about it. Hopefully this gives you an idea of ​​how close it is to release!
